FAQs
1. Why are there only a dozen or so paintings up?
I show only new artwork and my very favorite artwork.
2. How do you price your art?
On size, expense for materials, time it took to create, and demand.
3. How long does it take to complete a painting?
Depends on the subject, style, what elements I want to put into the painting, colors needed, support needed, how much research is to be done for the storyline of the work, and many other things. For direct observation, creating is a bit simpler, I just worry about composition, lighting, colors, interest, traveling and canvas preparation.
4. What types of support do you use?
Watercolor paper for acrylics and watercolors, canvas for oils or acrylics, bristol board for inks, and heavy paper for graphite, charcoal and colored pencils.
5. How do I purchase your art?
Visit the Artist page, and call or email me about the painting you are interested in.
6. What payments do you accept?
PayPal only, please.
7. Where do you ship and how much do you charge?
Free shipping for Continental United States residences. Those outside of the US, contact me.
8. Why are many of your paintings so small?
At this time, I feel I do my best work with 20x24” surfaces and smaller.
